Anyone interested in doing models of sailboats sailing in different conditions on this app?

The graphics are amazing. I wonder how accurate it is compared to real life.

Can anyone confirm that drag refers to forces along the line of flow and lift refers to forces perpendicular to flow?

How do we relate wind speed to real life wind in knots?

I tried hand drawing some sail shapes in there but my finger is too fat to do it properly. Does anyone have suggestions of better way to draw the "wall" other than free hand with finger?
